Look at a pawn's position and the square it controls in 2 x 2 grids, as shown below.



First, to get images, look at Boards for Training.

Look at a1-square while saying one.
Look at a2-pawn and the square it controls while saying two. 
Also,  check the positions in the 2 x 2 grids.




Look at a3-pawn and the square it controls while saying three. 
Look at a4-pawn and the square it controls while saying four. 
Look at a5-pawn and the square it controls while saying five. 
Look at a6-pawn and the square it controls while saying six. 
Look at a7-pawn and the square it controls while saying seven.

Look at b1-square while saying one.
Look at b2-pawn and the squares it control while saying two.
Also,  check the positions in the 2 x 2 grids.



Look at b3-pawn and the squares it controls while saying three. 
Look at b4-pawn and the squares it controls while saying four. 
Look at b5-pawn and the squares it controls while saying five. 
Look at b6-pawn and the squares it controls while saying six.

Do it from c-file to h-file in the same way.



Day 21


Close your eyes and visualize what you did on Day 20 with moving your finger.

When you visualize a1-square while saying one, tap your thigh with your index finger to check the position. Moving your finger helps visualization.

When you visualize a2-pawn and the square it controls while saying two, tap your thigh with your index finger to check the position. In short, tap once a2-square and once b3-square. 


Day 22


Close your eyes and visualize what you did on Day 20 without moving your finger.
